This year for Lent, we are offering several resources and activities that will help to you to better understand and to follow your calling to serve God and others.  Our Ash Wednesday and Sunday worship will follow a theme entitled:  “UNFINISHED – Discovering God’s Call in the Not Yet.”  Our Wednesday evening worship theme is “Created for Community.”  We are also offering small group devotion/ Bible study time called, “Bless the Lent we Actually Have.” 

This year, we will be exploring what it means to be called to serve God and all people and practice how to support one another in following that call.  Instead of challenging you to give up something as a fast, the spiritual practice you are challenged to practice is to grow in faith by gathering together.  You get to choose how often and when to gather with God’s faithful people:  Sunday morning, Wednesday evening, or at a time and place you chose with your small group.  

Discover the purpose God created you to have and how to live out that purpose in the midst of all the challenges of modern life.  May you live in the peace Christ gives no matter what you celebrate or face today.
